2 new keys for 98-00
Two brand new keys with factory key tag still attached.
Just bought a NB for the kids and the car came with a new glovebox lock and 2 brand new keys that the PO said fit the lock. As it turns out, they don't fit the new glovebox lock or the ignition.  So, if you have a 98-00 NB (no immobilizer) and your key code is 1997, send me a PM - I've got a great deal on some spare keys! Pics available if you need to compare the cut in the key.
