If the passenger side door lock isn't important to you, you can use one from a newer Beetle and cut the blade off the lock cylinder. I just replaced mine and it was $185.00 from VW.
If I had it to do again I would cut the blade off and not worry about it. I have a used one for a newer beetle if you want to go that way. Let me know. |
