December '06 Monthly Photo Assignment: Many Colors
I thought I might get a jump on TJ and his suggestions for the monthly assignment!
 (I say this because I am usually too slow in changing it.)  I hope this assignment will be as simple as I think it's going to be. Colors. Simple as that. The idea is to get as many colors into your shots as you possibly can. Make sense?

It was one of those random photo ops where you drive by and say "...that would make a great shot" so I made a big ol' U turn and got it I even managed a nice windshield reflection and there wasn't too much direct sun |

Sunset at Midnight
I was in Iceland several years ago on business in the little town of Thorshofn on the northeast corner of the island. The hotel pictured on that page is actually where I stayed and I took this photo from the patio overlooking the fjord. (no, the guy pictured running on that page is not me
 )I had just gotten back to the hotel a bit before midnight after an extraordinarily long day, so I stepped out on the patio and snapped a few shots. This is the most colorful of the bunch. This was either in July or August, so the days are really long.  Ed

I was able to borrow my daddys Lumix FZ20 after I baked cookies with my mom yesterday. (I missed the food assignment, so I thought I would cover both color and foods this time

Wow has this month been non-stop madness for me. Sorry I haven't had much time to shoot for this assignment. I just happened to have my cam with me tonight when I went up to the airport to pick up my nieces. I shot this on a whim specifically for this thread.
