Then go to your email and download those pictures to the Desktop. And use "Manage Attachments" to locate the picture from the Desktop to upload it.
Once it's uploaded you can delete the pic from your desktop. |

Hi: Well, I thought it was going to work but when I went into Manage Attachments and tried to upload it, it said the file was too big, which I don't understand. It's got to be something stupid. Sorry to bug you about this. Thanks again.

Nope it means what it said. The file is either too large of a picture (resolution), or too large of a file in terms of storage capacity.
Try using this website to adjust the photo to a smaller size: www.resizr.com instructions: 1) load website www.resizr.com. 2) click "browse" select the image you want to adjust. 3) click "upload image". 4) move the yellow slider thingy, shrink it down to about 600 or so. 5) click "resize my image (click when done)" 6) right click where it says to, and select "save as" and make sure you save it to the desktop or somewhere else you can relocate this NEW smaller image. Now try to upload this new smaller image. |
