up front we are running the airlift mk6 setup. The 55mm struts. out back we are running airlits twist beam kit all controlled by accuair switchspeed controller and the accuair vu4 valve manifold. this stuff is top notch and i love it. yes, the compressors do fine in the box. not really any different than putting them in the spare tire well and covering them up with a false floor.
Thanks for the props guys...complete transformation coming this winter. gota keep things fresh for next show season.
Thank you so very much for bringing such an incredible work of rolling hotness to our forum. Glad to have you a part of the org. Please keep the pics coming.
Hope to see you all at the various GtG's we have going on throughout the year.
Here is the direct link to my feature that lowdownlabs did of the Beetle. It was their debut feature and vid. It was also before we added the rear spoiler and had the front license plate bracket holes filled. This is a shameless plug, but check out the rest of their site. They are also on facebook.
I don't quite get this, what's the function of this? You can lower/raise the car? So you drive it at regular height, then you can stop and lower it, but you have to give up almost all your trunk space to do so?
