Here are some pics from the Summer Sizzle, hosted by the Southern PA VW Club. It was held at the York VW Dealership, total of roughly 70 cars. A good, burning time was had by all

And if anyone is interested, here is the judging sheet. The cars were judged in 4 categories by 4 groups of judges: interior, exterior, undercarriage, and engine. I was car K2

That looks like such a blast.

I know for a FACT that Pepper is one of the cleanest, and nicest beetles I have ever had the please of viewing and riding in!!!

Because everyone cares...

I found out I placed 3rd out of 6 Beetles with 97 points. 2nd was the flaming ET Beetle with 100 points, and 1st was the silver Beetle with the ridiculous AV setup. Ah well, can't win 'em all, right? Still had a blast anyway and met a couple orgers

There you are! I'm currently sitting here in tremendous pain from my burns - my shoulders are practically purple! I am quite crispy.

Those are the only shots I got of your bug (and some stupid shots I took while I was in the trunk, I didn't bother posting those though ) Glad you see you posting here
