From what I understood, 5th gear was giving Jack (mrchaotica) some issues for some time. I think what happened was, over time, the bolt that held that gear on finally came lose. I guess....moral of the story is....if a gear is givin' ya issues...don't put it off for too long. It will eventually blow a hole in the side of the tranny pan...lol I dunno. But yeah, don't ignore transmission issues. lol
