I haven't done much. New wheels, clear corners, sunroof deflector, new stereo, and magnetic flames. Two gauge pod is being worked on now So where's your pic??

i dont really have any. ive taken a couple with my phone. they are on my myspace.com/dazeddreams but they arent good enough to post really. no good mods yet ive only had it like a month or 2. i did a clear third brake light and im working on the neuspeed ecu i hope this weekend. but i work at VW so i should start modding soon. i want clear corners so bad and i want the clear led tails too. maybe one day when i save some money. we need to get a vortex meeting going on and have as many vortex blue beetles as we can. along with anyone else who wants to show of course. your not that far from me.

I would love to chip Chip, I just can't afford it
I was tossing the clear third brake light around too, I still haven't made up my mindI really like the wings west wing too, again I have to save my pennies for it
How many miles do you have on yours? I think a blue vortex GTG would be fun!

mine has like 90K on it. i know its kinda high but i bought it with almost 89K on it. everything works though and it is really clean. just a little scuff on the front pass side from where who ever before me did some damage. but you have to look hard to find it.

have them changed out like now? or should i wait? the water pump is either good or bad right? no in between? so i can wait til it just goes but should the timing belt be done now? i was just gonna do whatever my owners manual said to do when the mileage hit. a lot of people have a lot of miles on these things though. thats good cause now i have a 5 year loan on mine.

If the timing belt was never changed DO IT ASAP
Mine went and wrecked my valves. Better, much better to be safe than sorry. Not an inexpensive repair for the belt and water pump change, but it is soooooo much moreso to have a new engine put in.

good. thanks for telling me i will have a new belt put in asap. and my rocker panels have a small dent in them on the drivers side. that was the first thing i looked at in all the used ones. but to tell you the truth i didnt even notice it until later thats how slight it is. so overall its good.
