i was thinking of running a set of wheels that were 20". but i found a set i like and they are 20x8.5 and i heard i need 20x7.5 so i dont know now. something with a nice lip to it. i want them vortex blue with a silver lip. and i recently changed out my rear seats with sport ones to match my gti fronts.

20's only work with the RSi/Cup kits, 19's are the limit, at least IMO. I guess if u bagged it and used a well tucked in offset, then it might work.

I have the rsi kit on my car and I'm thing 20x10front and 20x12rear HRE 545's . I'm on 19's now and have to much wheel gap and I'm going to bag it also

i am doing 20s anyways. i can get them cheaper than 19s and i like big wheels. and i love the rsi kit but that $4000 is kinda pricey. ill stick to my wanna be rsi. could i do 20x8.5? front and rear? does anyone know what my max is? or what offset i need? i want them pushed to the edge.

lol. i know i know but im working away from you now. what can i say you have good taste. i am gonna be getting a set of 20s hopefully this year and im gonna paint them vortex blue to match. and i just mounted the rear bumper but it needs some work and paint still. and im doing dual exaust through the reverse lights and shaving the rear corners i hope. here is a teaser pic with my rear bumper mounted from my horrible phone camera.
