it is an abd cup bumper. the beetle cup connection one looks similar but you have to modify the turn signals and i heard its fiberglass. this one is poly like the oem bumpers that come on the car.

it is the gas 1.8 turbo. all but a handfull were the 1.8 ones in this color but this is when they switched to a nicer engine late in the year.

i like the turn signals where they are i think. at least for now. id just like to get some like you. i wish i could afford them. maybe one day.
