Thanks! I was pretty nervous when our class was called, and almost took off right after I went to pick up the plaque - glad I didn't. When they annouced Miss Ruby as Best Paint I thought I was going to pass out. O.M.G. I'm still shaking!!!!!

It was really nice meeting you. What a great time and turn out - the .org was very well represented. Look forward to seeing you at more events. Champ is looking good and I'm sure you're going to right by each other.

It took me awhile to get used to the "teeth" on the brake and clucth pedals. Depending on what shoes I wear, sometimes it feels like the soles are falling apart! Now I know why the gas pedal is smooth.

Thanks!

Deb, I love Miss Ruby, she is wonderful! I am considering getting the smoke covers for Ernie. Can you tell me anything about them? Easy to install? Can you still see as well at night? I am a total novice when it comes to modding, but I just love the way it looks!

Thanks, Scott!

The smoking on the headlights is actually a film that's a bit thicker than window tinting. I had it installed, and if I were to keep it, I'd have to have it re-done, so I'd say it's not that easy to install, although I'm sure it's do-able. As for seeing at night, the film cuts down on visibility - now I always use my "driving" lights as well. I just ordered a new mod, so we'll see how that works out. Pics to follow.
