Well thank YOU for the picture props. I'm sure you can find a couple locations to do decent photo shoot. I guess a little less snowfall would help too. Man I'd sure love to take a pic of your baby and Buttercup together.

OK - 92% complete - still not there, but closer

I'm actually thinking of removing the front valance although it was just put on - it's already separating from the front end (looks pretty ucky) . Maybe later I'll have it molded back on. I like the 'attitude' it brings to the car. Ideas?

Should it stay or should it go???

Also, I think the wiper cowl would look better molded on, right?

I agree. They would look better if it appeared they were all one piece. It still looks good this way too.

I like that lip alot, maybe they used the wrong adhesive?

Never really been a huge fan of the cowl, molded or not, IMO it makes the NB look even 'taller'. I prefer the look of nice wipers, like Bosch.

For the time being I've decided to remove the lip and leave the cowl.

The reason for removing the lip: I like the stance way too much - if I leave it on I would need to raise the front and back too much I think. (The one thing I failed to mention is that the car is too low with the lip to drive out of my driveway without dinging it - I learned the hard way: Miss Ruby's first "boo-boo") It's always a future option, right?
If I decide to put it back on I'll take it to a different shop and have it molded on - Bill, you made a post on BHRIFIC's thread: "That's the difference between 'integrated' design and 'slapped on' design." I'm trying to use that as a guide. The way it was installed, up close, the lip really looked 'slapped on.' Been there, done that.
The reason for keeping the cowl: to me it makes the front of the car flow to the top. I just felt naked without it. Maybe if I ever get around to replacing the wiper arms, . . .
