Yep, makes it easier to see the icons on your desktop. A little border to make use of how you see fit.

Duh. Ok, that makes sense. I put in on my desktop framed and put the icons outside of the picture--I'll go change it.

Damn. Some one else commented on that, too. I'll go ahead and fix it. I work on Mac so I didn't really encounter the problem.

I like how iScott integrated the scallops into the design...looks great...but I'm a little biased!
