Question about car seat cover: is it safe to use car seat covers because of the side airbags that is on the right side of the driver seat or the left side of the passenger seat? (I see by the pictures that this is a RIGHT DRIVE NB.)

Our NBC has black leather seats and with the summer, they get pretty hot.

Not to change the topic too much, we put the top up when we spooted dark clouds approaching the area in Colorado Springs. We got showered while eating at the resturant AND snow yester evening and today.

i have modified the seat covers for the side airbags. i have taken out the side bit of the covers but left enought for it to hold in place. this does not effect the airbags at all. with the cream interior i couldnt not have the seat covers because it would get too dirty

in a car retail parts shop i found some jell like mats that they call non slip. they came in a range of colours and i chose the black so you couldnt really see the mats as it blended in with the dash. with the red model i had to tie it to one of the mats cos it would just slide off. and they dont leave a mark on the dask of the car. the just leave a clean spot when you take them off. hope this helps

try these shops

they are a quite similar thing

True Zach, but that's where you and I come in. Time to shatter the paradigm and make the beetle universal. Let the Beetle Honeys do their thing- We'll rock the BeetleBoyz Universe.

Hi Cazy

Nice looking bug.
Where are you from? as I don't recognise the licenseplate and I don't think it's a licenseplate from Denmark (DK) as no Euro sign in front. And the steeringwheel is on the "wrong" side...

Anyway, how did you get rid of the peeling stuff on your rear emblem?
Mine is blue as well and by mistake I've peeled of the top shiny part (thought it was a protection peel).

Instead of keeping it looking crappy until I replace it, perhaps that can be a solution.

thanks!

What i actually did to the emblem was difficultlypeel off the 'prtective' coat on the emblem. as i found out the blue is only painted on. the white stays on. i used mineral terpantine (paint stripper) to get the colour off. i was thinking that that white would come off with the blue but it did not budge
