here's my 98 beetle "el virus"
here are a few pics of my 1998 silver arrow new beetle.
exterior; xenon body kit, xenon eyebows, freeedom design rear wing and roof spoiler, billet antenna, moon eyes wood slat roof rack. interior; 2000 gti red/black cloth seats "rears modified to fit", isotta leather steeing wheel, tt pedals, guage pod with volt, oil temp and pressure guages, painted dash pieces, full pioneer stereo with 6.5 components amp and 10" sub. suspension; billstein sport struts, neuspeed springs exhaust; remus cat back. engine; eurosport intake, p-chip, abd carbon fiber cover. let me know what everone thinks. thanks     Last edited by vwfred63; 05-01-2007 at 08:06 PM..

I like those wheels better than the ones you had on there before

Yeah, those wheels are hot. I like the spoilers and side skirts all the way around too.

seats i bought off ebay. 2000 gti seats. had the rears reupholstered onto the beetle rears.

you have any airbag issues with those seats? I want the same ones, but somebody said that 98s dont like newer seats for some reason? Although I am guessing it doesnt matter since you aren't running a steering wheel airbag at all...ha

as far as the seats the air bag plugs were the same. i think 01 and newer might be different.

wow founbd my blast from my past pics of my 98 beetle damn i miss this car i think i have more recent pics of it i will try and post them.
