long time no see folks!
had the car off the road for the last six months, but its out and about now and am doing a few new mods in readiness for this years show season.

stereo removed and holes resized to properly accept tt vents, painted porsche silver and pinstriped

underdash retrimmed in alcantara

rear body brace/harness mount bar installed

also installed a full poly bush kit and had a exhaust built to remove the centre silencer and make the tailpipe exit through the tt valance

also i have removed a **** load of extra sound deadening and metal brackets etc and recently had the car weighed to see how much id saved by removing al the trim etc as i was worried id just added a load more with the cage , but it now weighs in at 1160 kg which is quite a substantial saving and has really helped the performance

comments appreciated

thanks mate,its slowly getting there!
have taken a few days off work this week to custom make and fit a carrera rs style carpet set from german square weave carpet,so that it looks much more 'finished' inside ,as this weekend its the big u.k show season opener that is 'ultimate dubs' ( Home ) the car is on the New Beetle Owners Club stand so i wanted it looking better than last year, ive also got some new rims tyred up and waiting to go on once my spacers arrive
so fingers crossed itll be finished in time!lol

Sweet - I like what I so far. Can't wait to see mor photos especially from the 'new' exhaust version. Nice combination ref the interior but my preferred colour of the center part would be yello instead of silver - my mind

are those the 17" or 18" fuchs?

why didn't you wrap the dimpled portion of the dash or is this a future plan?

Default Love Your Custom Beetle

Hey there!!!!

Love Your Custom Beetle. I love the rear Audi TT Exhausts, the head lights and how you colored them. Love the black rims too!!!

I've seen your beetle before but can't remember where. Was your Beetle posted on VW Performance Magazine by chance?
