Our New Baby!
Hi everyone...
My wife and I are now the proud owners of a Platinum Gray, 2005 GLS and recently we went to check out the Mid-South VW Clubs' show here in Memphis, and were coaxed into showing her in the car show. Lo and behold, we got 2nd Place for New Beetle Ragtop! We couldn't believe it and even got a 18" tall trophy for it, along with the dash plaque for her first event. Least to say we were floored, and hopefully this won't be her last show. Our NB was beaten out by a brand new 06', but what the heck... it was fun and we never expected to win anything but the joy of showing off our NB. Thanks for letting us join...
