Everything is back just fine. I am missing 4 clips which are broken and gotta get them from dealership. No extra screws and no missing parts Totally happy with results!!! There was a bit of fresh pavement smell in first 2 days but now I think it's all gone. Car is quiet, feels solid and most important, plastic rattling is gone, road noise is gone, engine and muffler noise is cut down big time, music sounds great even at low volume and the only time when noise is above normal is when I am in high rpm, 4.5 and up, but I can live with that. Actually, I like it when it grawls ! Today we weent for the first highway trip and, who will say, 401 was moving 140km/h , it was apsolute silence in the car!

Love it even more now! Can't wait for next trip!

News flash!
Spare dog bone ( tranny mount ) has been installed yesterday with energy suspension bushings. I switched from stock bushings to poly and back last year and I loved the performance of the thing but hated the vibration and rattling. Now that my sound and vibration cancellation job has been completed on the interior, poly bushings are not that bad There is much better throttle response, the bug is vibrating like a beast and overall it's just more fun to drive Gotta kill the glove box somehow cause that's the only thing rattling now. I might take it out and build something else there
Pics to come soon.

Cheers

You know how it goes with cameras now days! You have the camera and everything but memory card is in computer, or you have memory card in camera but the batteries are dead. I'll get the photos!!! I promise I also need to take a few shoots of yellow painted calipers too

My sentiments exactly! The way he has been working lately, i wouldn't be surprised to see his car painted double yellow or reflex yellow, supercharged added, and color concept seats.

WHERE ARE YOU TESLA?!?

Hi all!
I am in the process of piling the stuff to lift my bug for the winter period. Looking for front and rear Golf springs ( used or new ) and some 20mm wheel spacers. If anyone who is reading this have springs or spacers stashed and want to get rid of them, or know someone who does, let me know.
Thanks a bunch!
Cheers!
