Thumbs up 200K Mile Day

Thanks MiG!!! That's Lawrence Mall meet right? Cool! I like it Just in time for Speedle's Mile Day We went camping to celebrate 200K and we hit the mark upon entering the Winding River Camp Ground The trip was 500km in total and Speedle is going strong as if it's brand new.
Happy Mile Day Speedle and I wish you safe roads and million kilometers more.

Wow, that pic is very post apocalyptic. Kind of like Tesla's bug was the only one that survived the end. ha ha

Great work dude. I used to do that manualy, you take 3 same shoots, one over, one under exposed and one just the way it should be and... you play with that
I think there is a button on your camera for that... read the manual

204000km, and nothing new. Bug runs strong but need a bath ASAP. Looking to get another set of rear axle bushings and replace them again when the time comes to switch to winter tires. Still looking for a good deal on windshield replacement and for tow hook cover in yellow.

Hi dude! Thanks for checking out!
The Bug is running solid with some minor glitches. Found out there is a coolant leak and I located the problem. It's the radiator. There is a small crack on it but it will hold for some time, just gotta get used to funky smell when heating is on.
The magazine cover is my girlfriend's project for graphic design school. Looks wicked tho.

Looking forward for the first snow and all the ice and sliding

How are you my friend?

I'm great man, had a couple of running issues with the car but it's working well now. I can't wait for the slush and snow but hopefully not too much salt. Hows the rad doing?

The rad is holding for now. There is another thing going on. My heater core have a leak or is clogged (it's a rad too, just smaller and hidden ). Every time i turn the heating on all the windows fog up, the steam is poring out of the vents and it smell bad ( coolant ). Did some research and it look like I might have to replace it. It's located behind glove box and then behind cooling fan and some other ****, meaning, I might have to take out the whole dash board to access the heater core. Hopefully it's just clogged.
I did my first "jump" with my bug two days ago The windshield was so fogged that I couldn't see where I am going so I took left turn on St Clair street from Younge street, going north and ended up on a street car lane, the one that is elevated almost a foot. I had to get off of it so .... I jumped back on car lane The car is fine, I am shaken, but not stirred
I think it's all because someone was adding coolant that is not G12. I got the Bug when it was 7 years old and who know what was going on there. All the elements in cooling system were designed to go with G12 coolant, and anything else might cause deteriorating and failure. I replaced coolant tank last year ( big white plastic ball under the hood ). It was going bananas!!! There were plastic pieces floating inside, it was breaking apart on just a light touch and it was dark brown in color. Mixing coolants=bad chemistry! Bad situation!
I'll keep posting my progress on that one.
