Here 's some pictures of "Spirit of Herbie"

This one was taken in October in a lovely farm :

My first GTG in Swiss at the end of August, 3 days with great times !

With this image , I have won the Shining Stars contest organized by Meguiar's UK :

Strange shoot :

A fantasy plate registration made by a good friend of mine called Marcus, this picture was taken by a Dutch nb owner in Netherlands during a funny gtg with New beetle, PT Cruiser and New Mini

Excellent pictures! I had wondered about the plate in the last shot. I was so excited to think that France cooperated so well, but it's just as exciting to know that you have friends that can do it for you!

Enjoy the ride!

I absoutely love the color of Spirit of Herbie. It looks like "Spirit" is a tad lowered. at any rate, it has a great stance.

And i'm so jealous. So many beetles for a GTG is my dream. Great scenery to boot.

Keep the pics coming

Spirit of herbie will be pleased to know your comment !
Thanks !

And for my first gtg, it was a great moment of intense emotion to see 60 bugs climbing swiss mountains ! Very impressive !
People came from all over Europe, Swiss, Italy, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium !
Great fun during 3 or 4 days for some of them !
The farrest bug came from southern Spain with 1.250 miles to come and the same mileage to go back home !
But we have to thank Forum New Beetle in France and Belgian Bug in Belgium whose organized this party !
It's here I have met some people like Tommy, Mazzzja, Jeroen and Beetlegirl who are also on newbeetle.org !
Unforgettable times spent among them !

Yes ! "Spirit of Herbie" was only four months old for this party !

And it was not sad at all, an example, our friends from Netherlands enjoyed the party, you can see on this picture

It was the second day with my new toy , you can notify the letter WW in the middle of the registration plate
This is the temporary number before to receipt two weeks after your registration certificate:

You have fun whatever where you are sitted in this car , Haven't you Max ?

Spirit of Herbie likes to take a breathe of fresh air in the middle of forrest !

With the radio cd/mp3 you have also an input to plug an i pod, good idea !

And a beautiful sunflower in the vase:

A real nightmare !
Early in the morning on April the 7th, I came back from Luxembourg airport ( it's where I work), I had to ride under an unbelievable snow storm.
At home, after 25 miles on this road let see the result

Using my very good care products and my hands as well, 60 minutes after my car was in better mood and my mind too!

Thanks a lot for your kindy message, as you see, northern east of France is very different of Florida weather !
It's good to be back in US forum to say hello and show how is my bug !

Tonight, I'll post some other pics taken in Grand Duchy of Luxembourg !
A very charming country, I'll show you some parts of the capital, one of the smallest of Europe ( +/- 80.000 unhabitants) and the name of the capital is simply called Luxembourg City ! ( located between France, Belgium and Germany, a very tiny country)
It's where I spent most of my lifetime, I live just at the borderline of this country !

Luxembourg City sightseeing photo report

Yesterday, I've decided to go at work early and make a ride around Luxembourg City, by this way you can enjoy and discover this lovely and tiny capital. You see some parts of the old town, very charming city !

Limpersterg aera, very quiet neighboorhough

Between Gründ and Clausen aeras, the Münster tower

In the Gründ, view on Grande Duchesse Charlotte Bridge whose links downtown to Kirshberg business quarter

another views from Gründ aera

In Clausen,
here you can see the European Institutions Headquarters on the top of the pic

If you have to go in Luxembourg , this is a good spot for English community where you must to be, there are 3 pubs, the first is called "Ecosse" ( Ecosse means Scotland in French), the second is the Pyg ( Pygmalion) as known as the most famous Irish pub in Luxembourg and the last is the Britannia Pub, a very noisy and very hype British pub, excellent to watch English football championship on large tv screens !

At least, a good view of the old town

I hope this ride will be pleased and we wait for you here to drink a good beer !
