Thanks guys. I just painted those wheels about 2 weeks ago. I thought they would look better in graphite, as opposed to silver. Haven't quite figured where I'm going with it yet, but I'm workin' on it.

Notice the Volvo Turbowagon in the foreground. I have put a few 5.0 Mustangs to shame with it. Nothing like being beat by a stationwagon.

That graphite does look good mang. Hey what kind of paint did you use for your wheels? And a red pinstripe around the center caps would look cool, but that's just me. Rock it like you want mang.

I like them but it seems like somethings missing. Maybe a little something around the lip.
How does the 1.8t do up against the wagon?

if it's anything like my buddy's 7-series turbo...the wagon would make it look stupid. with $50 and some ingenuity, the 7-series turbo becomes a r32 killer.

I do have some chrome red stripes to put on the wheel lips, just need to wait for it to quit raining long enough for me to get them on.

Like was said, the wagon would chew the Beetle up, although Olaf, the wagon, has a minor glitch somewhere at the time, either ignition, or fuel. Runs great sometimes, sometimes not. Might have to take him to the doctor, as I can't figure it out.

The wagon used to be my wife's car, until she got her Scion xB, "Little Friendly". She names all her cars. I'm not much on naming them, but carried the name with the wagon.

BTW, I used Dupli-Color wheel paint on the wheels. Two coats of color, two coats of clear.
