Very nice bug you have there. I really like the wheels. Those are amazing. I look forward to seeing more pics in the future.

The wheels are 18inch EMPI 5 replicas - I'm not sure who they're made by to be honest - they have 'armarni' or similar spelling on the centrecaps. I got them off ebay.

As for mods - not many really!

He's (supposedly) been lowered slightly just at the front - but after Christmas he's gonna be lowered 40mm all round.
2x MS Design spoliers
Custom leather grab handle cover and gear bag
Chrome gear know with VW logo
2x go faster stripes
Euro spec indicators
Peronalised plate - not sure if we can count that, but it makes the list bigger, hehehehe
Retro fitted front fogs
And the wheels!

I think my Princess is in love with Robbie.

Is he named after a very sexy singer by the way?

Thanks for posting the pics!

hehehe

Nope, he's named after my first Bug - a 71 who I've still got (awaiting resto). He's called 'Bertie' and when I got him I decided that when I finally got a Newbie he'd be a boy, and called 'Robbie' cos they're both short for Robert. They're both red too!

Awesome! We almost bought a red 71 a few months back---I'd loved having a matched oldie/newbie set.

Even if he's not named after Mr Williams, Princess is still in love.

Lol, a photoshoot would be cool! Ironically, Robbie was imported from Texas!

Do you have a pic of Princess? I'm sure Robbie would like her!

Hehe, yeah a matching set is fun! It'll be even better once Bertie's on the road! I also have a 58 Bug who used to be red - currently in primer tho.
