Not much to report I guess, no progress on the list since last year. Its a dog eat dog world and I'm wearing Milk Bone underwear. Been very busy at work, and it has been a challenge to get rid of the ex...but I think that is finally over...except I am still paying the bill. I'm thinking a large concrete pour or wood chipper would have been much easier...

Just kidding! But who wouldn't have that thought run through their head after being pulled through the wringer by an ex-spouse?

Not much else to report, but it looks like I will be replacing the starter this week. Woohoo, exciting I know.

Car still looks good though. I love that front bumper! Though, being a lowered diesel, I might drag that bumper around lol

Starter has been replaced. Man what a difference. It has never started this well as long as I have owned the car. It will definitely make cold starts much easier. I'm actually very surprised it has lasted as long as it has since it has been weak for so long.

Damn I wish you were next door and not the next state. I have a 2000 Beetle TDI I did an EGR Delete, 522, Malone Tune, Rebuild of the stock Turbo, Straight pipe and a few other things I am forgetting. I have a Snow Performance Max Mileage Kit ready to install after I get done replacing the Clutch in the coming weeks. I also have been wanting to lift it 2" plus springs. I think that will happen in spring I will do wheel bearing and replace every other wear part at that time. 220,000 Miles and 43 mpg on average. Hoping to bump that up. Once all is done I will bump up my tune as well.

The wife has a silver 2001. Stock also with 220,000 on it. Just finished Breaks and wheel bearing in it.
