This is what I want my next mod to be. I am thinking that I might mask it where it is and paint them on the steering wheel. any thoughts???

Does it show? I never thought I would be this happy about a used car! I have spent so much time watching Star Trek and other stuff, I am having to re learn how to adjust my life around constant pain. Now that I have a NB, I am experiencing some adrinelline (sp), The pain mgt dr said that can help with the pain, kind of a natural pain reliever. So anyway, now I understand why I have been "feeling" so much better lately. I am Pumped!! I don't know how long it will last but I am enjoying it to the fullest!!!

I checked the mail a few minutes ago and found ANOTHER MOD! I had ordered a new antenna and forgotten about it. I got it for 5 bucks! Anyway, here is a shot of the old crooked one and the brand new one. I opted not to get a shorter one and stay with the factory one.

I went to the dealership today to find out the cost of a new switchblade key, and found some sweet vaulve stem tops. I had to have them! They look so good I am afraid to leave them on!! I guess this could be considered a small mod too! .....Next I want to tackle the brake calipers!

Ernie's new kicks and valve stem covers are jam up and jelly tight!

When I had those caps on my nB, I used to have little chrome sleeves, that went right up to the caps. I don't know where I got them, but they are out there. You might like them.

You should be able to get the chrome sleeves from Discount Tire or possibly Autozone or the like. I know you can get them off ebay. The only issue is the correct size since all valve stems are not created equal.

Ernie is looking very good. I love what you have done (other than removing the sunroof deflector). The wheels really set off the car nicely. Keep up the good work.

Very Very nice silver reflex. Mine is silver arrow which is just a different name for the year silver I have been thinking about getting a black one for Ernie. Now that I have finally got an income coming in, I want everything I see!! I have to pace myself, that's why I am always looking on Ebay!! By the way, thanks to all my NB friends who were thinking and praying that my disability would go through, it did!!!! We are finally getting back to normal!!!!!
