Aura, that is the question EVERYBODY asks me! I didn't even bother with it, as I had KYAKIN on Felix when we moved to Louisville 5 years ago. Carolyn had KYAKER. I asked for "BUG" or "IBUG" or VWBUG, and Carolyn asked what about BEETLE? I laughed! The lady explained that Beetle had been turned in a few weeks earlier. I HAVE HAD IT EVER SINCE!!!

All these new pictures made me want to take some more! So I tried to get a bit creative. I'm not very good with a camera, but I thought I would try!!!!

I had to get some prescriptions filled today so I took the doggies with me and got a few pics

Just a few more "practice" shots..... The shot of the automatic stick shows the strong need for me to vacum Ernie out! The cup is, I guess a small mod. I love it!!!

Thanks very much! I am partial to them as well!!! When I park
straight in, Rusty hops up onto the dash! He will sit there in

the sun until i come out! Now I try to back in so he will get

into the back instead.

I too have a reflex silver nb. See that gray piece that holds the fog lights.... mine is broken. Is that a separate piece from the grille?? I've been looking on Ebay for a grille to see if it IS part of the grille, but, all of the ones that I find are not for a 2002, or, they are for a nb w/o fogs... It bothers me that mine is broke and I would like to get it replaced...

I believe it is all one piece. The grille either comes with or without fogs. If I'm wrong, someone help me out here.

On the way home, I decided to stop at the Plainview center for a few more pics. It has pools, tennis, and other recreational things....Just before I turned in, I saw a beautiful greenish yellow bug that had a tag that said something like IAMAQTEETOO. It was something like that. Anyway, I got a few shots at the center....

Love your New Beetle. Could that yellowish green color be Luna green? That is a REALLY light green, I know but my monitor color could be off.
