Yes I am familiar with the Porsche diesels. Very neat little tractors. Air-cooled ![]() You may not believe me, but my father and I have over 150 antique tractors... ![]() We have to keep them at three different farms there are so many... haha. I love them. My dad says that they are his retirement fund. Some of them are worth quite a bit nowadays. He started buying them over 30 years ago when they were just old junk sitting in fence rows.

Iīve taken this "berry" pic in a little town called Porvoo.
It is near Helsinki. Especially the old part of Porvoo is very nice. There are narrow alleys with lots of different little shops. Nice cafeterias and restaurants. Also a old church which is build around 1410; so it is pretty old. Last edited by Kuplamies; 02-04-2011 at 02:28 PM.. |

Wow! This is something! So many old tractors! You must be proud of such a big collection I have visited couple of places where are lots of old tractors. http://www.kovelantraktorimuseo.fi/t...useokuvia3.htm I like when they are working with these old tractors. It is funny looking when they -for example- try to plough Then it is possible to see, how much all this kind of equipment has been developed thru the years ![]() |

I am not really a horseback rider (if that is English) to be honoust. While en route we did see some horses in the wild with very rough hair. They were kind of dirty. I believe I have taken a picture of them, in the day we didn't have digital cameras yet ![]() |

But it has also a little hint of a "beast"-look too, I think I wonder, when it was manufactured? |

It was built in the 1960's sometime, but I have not run the serial number yet to know what year for sure...

This question was also asked a Polish member (Pablo something). Didn't think it is so special ![]() In Europe we don't have GL or GLS's. I don't know about Finland, but in The Netherlands there are 2 possibilities: comfortline and highline. My car for instance is a highline as it has a/c and cruisecontrol, which comfortline doesn't have. You can call highline full options if you like. I don't know exactly how to compare them otherwise and I am too lazy to stand up and find the brochure in which the differences are mentioned ![]() |

Dieselgeekīs aluminium plate looked like very tough one. But I think I would buy a original VW steel plate; it is easier to find here, where I am and I think it would be strong enough for me...? |
