It's amazing isn't it?
It seems like it's a whole new hood.
No white spots on the hood from where little stones hit it.

A new problem did occur when disassembling the hood. Something broke off.
Now there's no water coming out of the sprinklers
It will get fixed. But it's sad though.
Bugje never really had a boo boo before this one...

What a beautiful nose job! I hope he wasn't sporting black eyes for a few days!

Likin' the new emblem, too! Hi, Marcia!

hahaha, no he has healed quite nicely thanks

The old emblem could've been placed back, but that would not look nice: a newly sprayed hood and the former run down emblem with spots on it.

Next item to do is to replace the rear emblem ...

Luckily you didn't see how Bugje looked like yesterday
But with the rain today, much of the dust has washed away.

Lovely!

I was looking for you in Tommy's video. I guess the bra threw me off and kept me from noticing Bugje. How was the trip? I know, I know, freakin' awesome as always I'm sure.

Well, let me tell you....
It was a great weekend!
We've had lots of fun. I've met alot of new cool people. Spanish people really know how to party

On Friday we went to a village called Evolène. It's a pretty village with lots of typical houses and beautiful flowers hanging outside the windows. Took many pictures there.
We've had lunch there.
After lunch we went to the Grande-Dixence dam. Amazingly large
With a few others I've taken the hike up there.

On Saturday we left the chalet and drove further into the valley to the dam of Moiry and further to the glacier which lays behind it.
Took a hike there as well, this time an insane hike to 2825m altitude.
Still suffering muscle pains and a broken and burnt lower lip
When we came back to Grimentz, the village we've stayed at, it was time for games!

So Jacob, is this what you wanted to know?

You're complaining about less that 3 km!?! I've hiked to just over 4000 meters! And I thought that breathing 6'5" above ground level was tough at 682 feet. That's nothing compared to 13,161!

What height did you drive up to? How did the Bugs handle the thin air?

Other than that, yeah you answered my questions.

I don't know to what height we drove to.
But the steep ups and downs and the hairpin curves really needed good driving skills.
