Thanks for the kind words. I hope you get to see him in person real soon.

Going to take a few shots over the next few days (or until the rains come) of Gandalf in the "clear". Made an appointment for him next Monday to get a tint job. I think darkening him up some will help. I know it will help with the heat. We compared sitting in the hot sun today in both Lily and Gandalf. The difference that the tint makes is amazing. Stand by for a "darker" Gandalf in the near future.

John, that tint is really gonna set off Gandalf's flames to a whole other level! And the cooler interior helps too

Man it was so good seeing you and Llona this past weekend!

The tint is going to be a nice step. Once it is done we will be down to tires and WP?TB on the "need" list. Hope to get wheels when I do the tires but they don't actually fit the "need" catagory. They are tops on the "want" list though.

That is the delimma. I like several. I really like the wheels on Lily but I'm not sure I want both cars running the same wheels. I have recently seen these TSW Vairano and am considering them. But sometimes I think I should put some grey wheels on but most are gun metal and it doesn't really work with the platinum grey on the car. Too many options.

I like those John. Then again, like you said, there's a lot of choices out there. And I here ya on the grey wheels. Most of them are that anthricite color, which is kinda neutral, but depending on the grey, it dosen't work.

Keep us posted my good man!

Yes, the stock wheels are 17X7 and these are 17X8. Should take a wider tire. Still trying to decide what to do.

I like those TSW's John. For Gandalf, you may want to consider a "hyper silver" wheel. They have a darkish finish but are still "brite" and I believe they can still be had with a polished lip.

That is true . . . too many choices

And a darker finish might be cool . . . but again so many choices !

Going to look great either way !

Thanks for the tip, Gary. I will look at the "hyper silver". Sounds like what I may be looking for.

I think a new receiver/cd player and wheels/tires are all I have left on my "to do" list. I live in the "Pot-hole Capital of the World" so I think dropping the car would not be a good idea.....unless I add a skid plate to the list.

Not gonna lie, although you have stock wheels...your stock wheels are pretty cool. They are one of the few NB that I really like, besides the Take 5's that I picked up already!

Just sayin'
