I will be dropping the console off this weekend. I am just at a point where I can take the beetle off the road while I do some long overdue mods and changes.
I did pull the donor motor tonite after months of BSing. More progress to come...

Great looking bug, I love the pics of the progression. I just bought a 2002 Turbo S and I want to do the headlight paint mod - how difficult was it to paint the inside of the headlight housings?

It was easy.If u take your time...u shd have no issue. There was/is a write up by bugasm I think. If I find it I will send u a link.
