Good to see you made it to the new forums. The car looks great. Man I need to finish my garage. How many miles do you have on silvershadow now?

Dude....you have ALOT of stuff going on with yer bug. You have to take some all-around closeups some time to show them off. How many freakin antennas do you have? looks like 30 of em. Lotsa interior gizmos too. I like gizmos.

Closeups soon. Only three antennae - 9" AM/FM, GPS, and XM. I refer to it as my 'antenna array'.

Looks very good few questions

How is your auto trans holding up-i also have at with 93 oct chip and exhaust and some other mods that you have.

Do you have hp & torque numbers or any times-what do you get on accel. meter. Have not seen this meter before.

Much 'pimped' for my liking, less is more in my opinion, I find a lot of stuff on your car pretty gaudy. But, if you love it, then I'm totally happy for you, good job

i'm not greedy... sorry.

it was the honour of VW asking, let alone having my car in Volkswagen's showroom and the wonderful comments and "props" that came along with it. and hey, i have awesome pictures to remember the day. not to many people can boast that.

it looks like a spaceship with all those parts in- and outside a little bit too much for me, but you may like it. anyway, it's a nice beetle.

At the wheels? If so, where are you getting that extra 25+ hp? BTW, I think that 1/4 mile time is the best I've seen for a 1.8T NB...

If you back me into a corner, I'd go with the Stratmosphere Adjustable DV - once you get it dialed in to your particular situation re boost, N-valve version, ecu mods, etc. it allows much faster pressure buildup and doesn't want to let it go - highly recommended ... and I've tried all the rest - no comparison.

'bhp' is extrapolated crankshaft hp ... 'whp' would be at least 10-15% less

SS
Shouldn't that be "stokeiometric" bliss?

OK, so we have the same whp/wtq, but I'll hafta ask my mods guy about that Stratmosphere Adjustable DV, cuz ur 1/4 time is unreal compared to ur 0-60 (which IMO should be UNDER 6 seconds)...

Really? 23psi? It doesn't drop to say 15-16psi as u approach redline? Do u have a Quaife or Peloquin LSD?
