Why thankYa mam. I should have some more pics within the week-hopefully. Right now cup's interior is stripped and ready for her panels/dash to be painted. After that, she'll be getting her windows tinted. Got to hurry though; our Bugs for Breakfast meet is coming up (4/22).

Much thanks to you. Glad you like it, errr I mean Her- sorry Buttercup. In about 10 hrs. from now, 'cup will be recieving her final coat of interior paint, which will be a marbled effect. I'm breaking out of my conservative style box and doing something different. I'm hoping she'll turn out great. More pics to follow.

I know mang. With the exeeption of the headliner, all is done with cup's interior mods. I've still need to put a polish (Liquid Glass) on her newly painted panels. I'll have pics posted by weeks end.

I'm still feelin it from last week. For a week straight I've been up till about 1:00 a.m., only to wake up at 6:30 for work. It's been stripping out Cup's interior, prepping her panels/dash for paint; Painting, wet sanding, painting, clear coating, you get the picture. And installing a new stereo; That was the icing on the cake. All this came to a final halt, 4:15 Saturday morning, only to wake up at 7:45 to give 'Cup a good washing before the "Bugs for Breakfast" GTG. The love for the Bug....that's my fuel. Thank God I just recieved my vacation time at work this week. I'll be taking a couple of days off, fo sho!!! I need to recharge my batteries.

I know Waaaa, Waaaa, Waaaaa. Lemmie pour that cup of.....well, you know, and take these pics. I'll endeavor to gettem done and posted by Friday.

Well here she is. 'Cup is pretty much complete-cosmetically. With the execption of a new headliner, painted calipers (yellow) and a new paint job, she's complete.

These pics were taken on a not so good CVS one-time use digi-camera. I hope they do 'Cup some justice. Especially with her new interior paint scheme. Here she is...

So there you have it. I'm really lovin' the final product. It's like She's a new car all over again.

Paint:
Base Coat: Bulldog Black Spray Paint by Kleen Strip
Marble FX: Venom Art Fluid By SEM mixed with HYPER FX Color Horizions by SEM. Color: Goldmine.
Clear Coat: Acrylic Enamel by Dupli-Color.

I did run out of Bulldog Black for the tranny tunnel/Armrest (the jobber sent the wrong type on my re-order) So I used Krylon Fusion. Works pretty Good. But the Bulldog is top notch!!

So wadda ya think?? I'm lovin 'Cup all over again
