My Silver 06 convertible

Well I guess I will start my beetle picture thread. I have had her a week now. I have never owned a silver car before, it has never been my 1st choice but I have to say it is growing on me very fast. Ironically pink is my favorite color but being a guy I don't think I could take the ribbing of a pink beetle. never the less this is the one that caught my eye & I love it more every day.

I was only considering a topless beetle to be honest, I do love a convertible. I also have a nice pickup for those snowy winter days we get so I can leave the bug inside.

Great looking topless ride. We have an 06 Platinum Gray Convertible. Bought ours back in April this year.

I think the Platinum Grey is my favorite beetle color but that deep blue is a killer color also. I saw 1 in a parking lot with the top down 1 day and fell in love with the convertible right then. I love black interior but black leather in a convertible might be tough in the summer. The silver is growing on me real quick

Thank you, I love driving this buggy. I finally got the dealer emblem off the trunk lid. When they put the plates on they stuck a big chrome Chevy dealer emblem on the trunk lid under the VW emblem. I was less than impressed with them defacing my bug but I worked at it over a week or so just lifting it a little every day and it finally came off. It didn't leave any residue from the glue behind & it is as it should be now.
