Thank you I try and keep her looking really nice and clean all the time...it's a bit of a challenge this time of year with all of the road salt that they use here in Illinois.

Thank you Yes, it does fit right over the gear shift. I found it at a dollar store(it's actually a bath puppet!)

Well how awesome is that?!?! See, I cannot think outside the box like that and come up with creative uses for things. I would have never thought of that!

I shoveled out Sweet Pea's parking spot, and washed the salt off of her this morning

The weather has been really lousy here for the last month or so...rain or snow every other day. I've had a hard time trying to keep Sweet Pea nice and clean I finally had a chance yesterday to wash her really good and wax her; also sprayed some leather conditioner on the seats.

We parked next to this 2012 Beetle at the mall today. Sorry, but the 2012 styling doesn't really appeal to me, it just doesn't look "cute" like a beetle should.

Here are a few recent pics of Sweet Pea; the first one is from this afternoon: I gave her a quick clean up with the spray wax, now it's storming out(guess I'll have to try and clean her again tomorrow). The other two pics are from last weekend when the weather was beautiful here-80s and sunny

I took the middle pic from a distance using the zoom on my camera. I think the bright sun and the fact that Sweet Pea is so shiny caused the cool reflective effect.

I know how you feel about keeping it clean this winter. Weather has been good but not good for keeping our cars clean. I love that reflection shot!

We did luck out and have a mild winter as far as snow this year; I only had to shovel the Bug out twice. Unfortunately, they still used a pretty decent amount of salt on the roads, so I usually had to wash the car 3 times a week just to keep the salt off of it. Now that we've had a couple of heavy rains here, all of the salt is washed off of the roads
