Default vr6beetle's Black Turbo S

See if anybody remembers this picture. lol

It was a black beetle with a set of black wheels. The wheels had like 5 3-spoke dealies coming off each lug nut and they were machined. I cant find these wheels anywhere or find the picture to show you guys. thanks Alex

Good looking bug. I have black wheels on my black truck and I love them, though it took a while for me to get used to black instead of polished aluminum.

Hope you find the wheels you're looking for. If you like your deltas (I do) you can always have them painted black. I think they would look awesome.

The 18's look very good. I didn't go for the whole murdered look with my truck, just the black wheels and I kept all the original Chrome. I think the current wheels kind of brought your bug back to life, it looks great

OP, the wheels you mention are the ones with a red pinstripe?

If I had to guess, I would have to say it's the third one. I've seen those wheels before and they are on the popular side. But that's just my guess.

Ya my picture looks like poo but you can get the idea. lol -- Rims are black and it has them star looking things machined. I seen a picture of them on a black beetle and it caught my eye. I can not find that picture again.... I spent atleast 2 hours on flicker and google.

I know exactly which ones you are talking about. I saw them earlier today on another beetle, owner is GOBUGWILD, her link with photos is here 1998 New Beetle GLS A.K.A. My Dream Car :) Awesome looking wheels, hope she gives the info on those wheels because I am interested myself. Goodluck!
Edit - Second picture is of best detail of said wheel.
