Here is the picture of the Airfield... It belongs to my Brother in Law. Its where I grew up. We take our car's out on it, and race eachother, plus the 76 racecar is there, and we bust that out once in a while.. That thing is awsome when it roar's down the runway...

I have been searching the forums to see if I was the only crazy New Beetler around he 509, but I guess not! Lol. Sweet ride, tho. Are you going to fix the crack on your windshield, or just let it ride? I'll be sure to wave if I see your "hooptie" driving around!

oooooooooooooooooo!!!! airstrip!!! i wanna take pookie and yh down it! that would be a blast! lucky gal. hubby would think he died and went to heaven if his family owned something like that and he could use it for that purpose. hey, thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures. btw, your crack goes diagonally! everybody else i've ever met has a vertical crack
