Lightnin' Bug - 2004 Turbo S
Had a chance to go out and get some decent shots while the sun was going down tonight.
    there will be lots more as the mods start and progress, this is our starting point. Lightnin' Bug is in for a wild ride

So, I'm thinking of doing an old school/new style blend of graphics on the lightnin' bug. Quick mock up in photoshop to show what I'm thinking of....opinions? comments?
Anthracite Carbon fibre film insert with red stripe to accent.  option 2, black stripe with black GTI style lower stripe over carbon insert I didn't think I'd like this one, but I'm kind of digging it......  Last edited by Speedtek; 08-20-2011 at 06:38 AM..

I'm a fan. I looked for those wheels for months for my TS.
Diggin the retro look. Been thinkin bout doing something similar...Not a fan of the red strip. Maybe if you were to add some red accents elsewhere on the car. Maybe I just dont like red. On the black GTI stripe, maybe fade it towards the top or into the carbon? it just looks to heavy to me. Anyhoo...I dig your ride......and am now subscribing.

New winter setup: TT + Bug = Awesome
Have to say....these TT wheels I just picked up look pretty badass on the Bug
  nice stance too.....10 mm spacers on the rear helps
