Great pictures! I love all the locations!

However, the pics for Ryan? Not nearly enough slightly different angles for his taste.

Well, just a little update. Unfurtnately, can't really do pics for this one.

But just got the ECS Window Module that allows you to open and close the windows with the remote.

Takes all of 15 seconds (well, if you hold it tight in the OBD port the first time).

Now I can control my windows with the remote, just like I can in the Audi!

Um, yes there are. Maybe you have your page settings setup differently? Mine are setup to show 40 posts per page. So I show three pages in this thread, and there are indeed pictures on page three.

Love your car. Those cream and green seats are beautiful. Also, where did you buy those covers on your dash around the radio and air vents?

No new pictures yet. It's been a long winter.

Hopper's basically been stuck in the garage since Thanksgiving Day.

The battery drained due to no activity, so got that charged up a couple weeks ago.

Now I have an appointment on Thursday to get him inspected, an oil change, a manual tranny fluid change and a brake fluid flush!

All this hype. And only one stinkin picture? I feel cheated.

I was reading about the ECS module. It says single use, is that in terms of you can only use it one time, or it only controls the one thing?

Well it's just to turn this feature on for one vehicle. So you can only use it to program one vehicle's ECU to have the auto open / close window feature via the remote.

You can also use it again to remove that feature from said vehicle, but why would you?

So basically you can't have 10 people share the cost then pass it around at gtgs.

Well, I went after hours to pick up the Beetle tonight.
Got in, started it up, pulled out of the lot. The second I got onto 19 the oil light came on, red and flashing. Stalled out before I hit the stop light. Got it started, turned around, died three more times on 19, got it into the parking of the dealership, and it died for good.

Won't start, kinda like the battery is dead.

Thinking maybe after draining the oil, they forgot to put in the new oil? Would that somehow cause it to stall out so often and be hard to start as if the battery were dieing?

Kinda worried.
