No it was called Ready Set Fire. There was a mug there with daisy on it and a little old Beetle I wanted to paint too but I didn't have enough time.

Recent pictures of Daisy! In the thread about snow, I said I would post some pics of my car in the snow. I decided to post them here instead. The little girl is Isabella(Bella), age 21 months. She stuck her hands in the snow right before this pic so she wasn't too happy! Her mom hadn't bought her mittens yet. The next pic is Daisy on top of a parking garage in Old Town. Then Daisy after going through the car wash and one of her new valve stem caps! Thank you to Moonie and Jimmy Bear!

Niki, you can come here anytime!(especially if you want to help me babysit and wash my car!) You would have frozen like a popsicle that day I took the picture of Daisy with Bella. The high was approx. 20 degrees! Bella had on 3 layers, plus her coat, a hat, and her hood pulled up. Poor baby needs a snowsuit and mittens! Absolutely no snow here since then, maybe tomorrow??? The weatherman says a 'dusting' for Denver, more in the mountains.

Hey Cori-

I wanted to check in a make sure you survived the blizzard you guys are having out in Denver. I was watching it on the news today... it looks fantastic!!! I am so jealous. If the airport weren't closed I'd come visit to keep you company because I'm sure your power is out!

Niki you are so funny!! I don't know if anyone lost power during our blizzard, but we didn't. Just wish I had some skis or snowshoes - that's the way to get around.

Thanks for the daisies Niki!! I'm going to take tons of pics this weekend, because, barring a tragedy like a snowstorm or rain, Daisy is getting a claybar and wax!! WOOHOO! Weatherman says 70!! I haven't told Daisy yet, don't want to get her excited too soon!

First time claybarring Daisy, second time for me - first was my friend's Golf.

Is it Saturday yet?????

Ooh! Can't wait to see the results!

I guess there will be no snow in these pics?

I could post this in the Cleaning forum, but I'll ask here first just in case someone will know. Daisy has a clear bra on her front bumper, which will hopefully be replaced soon because it has a few holes and tears(lasted for over 2 years). Anyway, should I claybar and wax over the bra?

Thanks.

Here she is!! The sky looked like rain after we were done washing, claybarring and waxing her so I put her in the garage where I'm dog sitting. That was good, since it did rain. My mom helped me wax her and cleaned the interior. And she's letting me drive her Lancer so Daisy doesn't get rained on!

Here she is.

Yes blue lagoon does clean up nicely. Daisy says thank you for the compliment. I love a clean car!! Now I don't have to worry about doing a complete claybar and wax until September or so. The claybar was easy because the paint was only rough on the bumpers. I wanted to drive somewhere and take pics but I didn't because of the rain clouds. Maybe tomorrow.
