The engine light stays on all the time, and I only get the blinking CEL when I'm accelerating hard at high speeds, I can hit 6500 in every gear except 4th and 5th, and it's 4th gear where I always get the blinking CEL. I have a TT260 cam installed, but that's really a mild cam, I don't think it could do much to cause valve overlap could it?

Dunno, I'll have a friend scan it for me.

I wouldn't think that the cam could cause that much of a problem, but it might at high rpm's under load as the valves might be sticking open as well as the charger building full boost. I would start witht the scan and go from there, can't hurt.

Very nice! I like it! I will be taking a ride in one of the first Neuspeed SC beetles this summer. I've ridden in it before. It will be fun to be in one of those bad boys again.

I need to be ashamed of myself. Where in the world have I been? My man your bug is hot I love all that you've done to it. Buggy's note (ala YouTube vid) is awesome. Great performance, cool/subtle styling= one great bug.

Sorry for the late view/response.

Thanks man! I guess I'll post up my newest pics:

The rear is sitting strangely high, my tank was almost totally empty.

I thought about it, but I like my controversial stubby mirror too much.

Love the new pics. The crew of VW's you hang with is a good one- exceptional! So those wheels are called 'Fat 5's'? What ever they're called, i like em.

so this has got to be one of the hottest bugs on the site. so where is the new dyno i want to see what it did. i heard they are less hp than a stock turbo but it just gives you so much more potential. is the stock pulley on a neuspeed already a nice one or if you changed it would it help?

Agreed. The thing I like about 'Buggy' is that it's power though simple coolness. Looks great at a stop light, but the guy next to Jordan dosen't know that there's a supercharging breathing underneath the hood.

Dude in the other car would definately as Jordan steps on the gas.

If I ever get around to that thread, Buggy will be on my Org Heavyweight list. It's the first Supercharged NB that i've known.

Thanks so much for the comments guys!

It's funny, I just got back from installing my coilovers this morning and here was an update on my post.

Here's a few new pics from the 2007 MVOC (Maritime Volkswagen Owners Club) show 2 weeks ago:

I'll have new coilover shots in the next few days. I have to raise it up a bit tomorrow, it's rubbing too much.

So about 2 weeks ago I got my coilovers on.

They're FK Silverline Plus X's and they are really a quality setup.

Rear wheel:

I love the stance but I can't wait to get a skidplate for the peace of mind of having my oilpan protected.

That looks really really great. I would NEVER run that without a skidplate though! You all must have better roads that we do. Nice pictures.
