Alright guys, it's time to get serious.

All of the Cyber Green owners out there know all about the huge fading problem with CG. I was sick of it so I've been waiting for 3 months to get my car into get painted by the best painter in the area. He's not cheap, but he does amazing work.

Anyway, the plans are:

- Shaved hood.
- Shaved hatch.
- Shaved rear markers.
- Shaved LED sidemarkers.
- Install leather seats and Turbo S door panels.

Here's the teardown:

Love that rear Fog Light. Is that hard to do?

You're a man of your word Jordan. Nice photo documentation so far You might have to post the photo journal in the paint and body section, and have them mark it as important. I believe your CG's have the worst when it comes to fading, am I right?

And I dig that first pic. When Buggy is all repainted, you need to take a shot from that same place. That would be hot mang.

What car is that in the last pic, painted black satin?
Looks awesome, if that's the standard of their work, I can see why you waited 3 months.
What color are you going with? OEM CG, or something completely new?

Nope, it's really easy! Just search the forums for it and you'll find a lot of information on it.

Yeah we did. My paint is in mint condition, other than the fact that it's faded to crap.

Nobody is sure what that car is, not even the owner. It started off as a Pontiac and is pretty much torn apart and is rebuilt every year. The car is going to be using NB rear markers for taillights next year!

I'm going with the OEM colour, but he's using matched Sikkens paint. It has a 5 year warranty against fading and he's using a special clearcoat has a ton of extra UV protection.

Looking at your car all torn up makes me sad but I know it will be all right. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Car will look amazing when it's finished, I'm sure. What are your plans for blinkers?

Oh I've already had the door panels in and out myself twice. I just need to install them after they get painted.

The blinkers are just going to be missing, 1998-style.
