I have to agree with the rest, those are HOT! The deep lip make all the difference. Hope you can make it to the GTG in July.

Do you have some kind of cover on your front turn signals? Or is it just weird lighting?

Jdesigns. I remember you from the the old version of the org. I used to go to Alki Point for some get togethers. I knew Seattle Chad and Betteroffdead, do you know them also ?

I used the spray on black out tint and the bulb's are blue so with the bulb color and the tint spray the lights look purple. I also blacked out the reverse lights and the rear side marker lights.

Yeah I know Chad, never got to meet Seth (Betteroffdead) though I have some pics of his car from one of the Puyallup shows, and several others. My first GTG with Chad was in March of '03.

We have lost quite a few PNW'ers, but there are still a few around Larry, aka Spdbump2001, is still around, though I think he hangs in the Mini Cooper forums more than here. We have lost Jayson (Platonium-S), Dave (Snapped), Mark (Mully) and others that I can't think of right now.

Just kinda lost interest in the car for a while. My girlfriend got the ford focus svt( the one in the background) so I started putting time and mods into that for her. That car is pushing 400hp at the wheels with the turbo on it and she drives it like a grandma. Not me though.

Man I love the black wheels...especially on the black Beetle. I love black wheels on just about anything though. I think it's underrated as an option. Great looking NB though dood.
