NOOOOOOOOOOO!!

*sigh* I'm glad you're happy, but it's unfortunate to see such a great NB leave. ...I guess that Viper looks pretty awesome

Vipers are sick. I don't know that I could have traded me Beetle for one though. What are you gonna do with that uninstalled body kit you have?

It was a quick decision - had to be at the price ,it was getting a lot of attention. You have to see and drive the viper to appreciate it. Believe me it is some sports car-not a lot of conveniences. Everthing heavy duty.

I will miss the red one. But as mentioned I do have a tdi nb. Since I sold my 1978 indy vett a few years ago I have been looking for something like this with factory warranty. I still cant believe they make something right out of the box like the viper for the street. The torque, which gets you going, is awsome.

I will level with you all-very few know this on .org, but I am retired and 70 years old. A very spry 70. You may wonder why a man of my age is into performance but racing is in my blood especially outboard boat racing. Racing has probably added a few years to my life, but the viper may take a few off Believe me, believe me I will never sit down and stop going, for that is when you leave this world, but their is also another beautiul world waiting.

Man I appreciate all cars and every car is unique. I have had a few vw's in my life time but the nb was the best. I did get a little disappointed that apr had me thinking they were going to install a k04 for me and didnt follow through for one reason or another. This went on since last november. But I know one of the problems was the auto tranny, but still they were not up front with me.

But any way I guess it comes down to what "rows your boat". The vw sure did and the viper does. You will have to trust me on the viper ,it is great car and I got it at a unbelieveable price.

One big difference-with the nb a lot wanted to challenge you and you could surprise other drivers-but with the viper, around here ,no challenges. Maybe that is the best for a man my age.

Well here I go-got to get that thing lowered and breathing better.

Oh one thing I took a ride in jonesboro in a beautiful ,for sale ,750+ hp 2005 vett. Never been in any thing like that for the street. It would run off and leave a Z06 or viper. Ive got a bad back and it was hurting a little when I got out of that car.

Going by and take my 90 year old mother for a ride-you know what-I bet anything she will say "throw it to it".

Billsbug I have three complete new kits-the ats-vizage and abd racing front and euro rear. I also have the abd wiper cowl and a no drill spoiler. Ive got a bunch of other stuff. I will list all of this on parts classified.

I really want to try and sell the complete kits. But may have to go to selling pieces. I will see ,but I would like for you to have the ats sides , but let me see first what I can work out.

I hope by tomorrow or next day to get all things on parts classified forum with prices.

Billsbug you would get a laugh seeing me getting in and out of the viper, you come close having to roll in and out , and you almost are setting below the door sill. I think I will try getting out with my hands and knees on the driver seat and back out -rear first. My wife said she would get that pic and post it on .org.

But I will tell you this -once you get in it ,buckle up ,and start the motor with a red push button on the dash---It sounds wicked-- And then its--SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL TIME.

Man when I get in that car I feel 50 yrs younger--

I'm not really in to "muscle" cars, but the Vipers do rock
I work for DaimlerChrysler's remarketer, and we have a blast when the Vipers come in. There is also a Dodge Truck that has the Viper engine in it, and it's sweet too.

I can attest to it being fast. My boss got it up to 120 in our parking lot. Doesn't sound bad, except I WAS IN THERE TOO! lol When he first floored it, my head "stuck" to the seat - almost the sensation of a roller coaster.

Gina I have a lot of stuff--I do have some red vinyl that I could use for eyelids-matches or matched the red nb color real well in fact one of my nb eyelids(right one) had this vinyl. If you want the vinyl ill send it to you with a template. Let me know and pm me your address. No charge.

I hope to get all parts on classified as soon as possible. Having work done on house deck so it might take another day or two to post.
