i ended up going to my local vw dealer and paying the big bucks for it (better safe then sorry), so its a brand new airbag....

thanx for visiting my thread and commenting ! the rear has been lowered an inch and a half...the front has been dropped two ( neuspeed sport springs ) the front springs were modified ( half of a full coil was cut off ) to get the front just a little lower then the back...as far as the ride goes, yes it is FIRM...due in part to the 19 inch rims and tires also...also added a rear sway bar to help out in the back
