Man, you've jumped into the org and you're representing like a champion. Bella Beetle dude by chance, is your bugs name Ned (N-ED 5659). Sorry, lame attempt at a joke. Seriously though, awesome job on the bug bro. Give us a list on your specs and other goodies.

It's cool to see you and the boys hanging in the garage. That's what i'm talking 'bout.

Where are you from? No info in your vitals area.

By the way, welcome aboard.

As for some of the questions ive been asked, here you go
I am from Maryland (Monkton) to be exact. Ive been into vw's for about 6 years. This is my second new beetle and ive really started getting into modifying them. I dont think they get enough respect so im trying to do my part.

Some other goodies besides the engine mods i listed are
-Polished manifold
-very old flik "polar" (1998) wheels in which i just painted black
- Momo shift knob w/ reduced shaft
- vdo boost gauge mounted under asr button
thats about it.

If you weren't a dude, i'd marry you. Woah, hold on a minute-just kidding. This ain't brokeback.org. It's just awesome to hear someone who has the passion for the bug as I do; that's what I was trying to convey. Don't lose the love for the bug my man. You're all right with me.

So true, our bugs don't get the respect they deserve. Glad to hear that you're giving them some.

thanks scarabY2K, i think that the new beetles are just so much more than other people think they are. There are so many haters around where i live. Sometimes i get the rudest comments and what other people say that is very harsh and negative only fuels my passion and hard work in modifying and just stepping up what ive been doing

Oneighturbo- that dyno was very disappointing, i got a nice boost leak that dropped me down to only 6 pounds (or so the tech told me) there were lots of people to go after me so i couldnt really take my time and fix the problem. The first dyno i did with intake and my ecu upgrade was 167whp 214tq.I hope i can get back there soon and do a re-run with all the new stuff, boy that day was disappointing.

Love the ride N-ED and all the mods. Stick to your guns man, NB's are a sleepers. Last thing people expect is to be "taken by a cute little car". (Stole that from yelojkt's signature.)

Anyway. Keep up the hard wark and keep representin'!! VW!

PS: Love the shot of the VW emblem on the hood while its open. Very cool!

Tuff looking NB and some great photography. I like the shot of your emblem with the hood up. How many miles do you have on your 2000? It is good to see some more motorhead NB owners on the Org.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.
