I got my bug back... but i swear i am so sick of volkswagen service people and mechanics. This time, i go to check the hood and the little latch thing doesnt come out like it should but i finally get it out but another piece comes with it, so they are like o well the body shop must not have fixed this right... duh? So they take it back to get it fixed and bring it back and i check it again and its still not working right. They take it back... come back and have the nerve to say im not doing it right and they figured out what i was doin wrong. They attempt to show me my mistake, but it still is not working. So they are like u have to take it to the body shop to get it fixed. And so im like no thx its not a big enough deal, i can still open it but its not how its supposed to work. So i get my car home finally and my dad looks at it. Fixes the whole problem in like 1 minute. Everytime i go to that dealership we have issues with crappy service. ok my rant is done. i'm just glad i got my bug back and praying something doesnt go wrong tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that, how irritating!

Is there another dealership you can try, I finally found one I just love, its a little out of my way, but a much better experience.
