Thumbs up New here. This is my car.

Ok I joined here to learn about the bug. Its my wifes car we both really like it and it has been a great car. We have had it for a little over a year. But I do not have any pics of it yet and its at the shop right now getting a new water pump and timing belt. But it is a 2 tone silver and graphite color. I will put up some pics when we get it back.

But for now here is some pics of my car. 2000 chevy Cavalier Z24.

Mod List:
1.75 inch drop Gold Line Springs
Arospeed muffler
Arospeed Drilled and slotted rotors
Short ram intake
Carbon fiber hood
Summit Racing Hood Pins
TYC Carbon Fiber tails
18" Drag DR7's
225-45-18 Kumho's
Clear Corners
Yonaka Ronin Leather Racing seats

I thinks thats it.

Let me know what you think.

i have done a lot of work on cavaliers and i must say nice work. i think the best mod you can do to them is shaving those body moldings on the side (and its free). they throw off body lines and things. and the emblems you had to get rid of too (hide the fact that its a chevy....lol jk). but nice size on the wheels. and nice hood and clear lights in the front. any interior mods? i always thought that taking the rubber off of the HVAC knobs added a nice touch with a blue light or something behind it. and its a cheap mod too.

Thanks, the day I got it I drove it home and took all the badges off and the side moldings, those are the first 2 things I have done to every car I have ever owned. Its funny with the few body changes and no badges no one ever knows what kind of car it is and they are always suprised when I say cavy.
Yes on the inside I have different seats, I shortend the shifter 2 inches, smoothed the dash and painted it silver, and I took the covers off the HVAC knobs and smoothed them and painted them silver too. I dont have any pics of the inside though, I thought I did.

i can kinda see the seats. i went to j-body bash one year in st. louis. i believe it was the only year they had it in st. louis. if you get a chance look at j-body.org for it and i was driving a metro with 17s on it. you will see it in some of the pics. it was green at the time. and there was also a cavy there with over $200,000 in it. it had sylvia headlights and lexus IS300 tails. it had lambo doors and an eclipse body kit and airbags. it was sick. it had an uncountable amount of tvs, cameras, and gauges too. crazy. had a laptop, an xbox, and a PS in it too.

The side skirts are stock 2000 Z24 sides. I am always on the j-body.org I have seen many pics of the cavy you are talking about and I appreciate the work and money that was put into that car and the attention it created for J-bodys but it is the uglyiest j i have ever seen.
