Default Alan's VUE

The more research I do on it, the less appealing it becomes. And it's in the shop right now for a new water pump. But I still like it. The VUE just might be the best driving vehicle I've driven. (Then again, I don't get to drive many neat cars.)

One thing's for sure, the New Beetle forum is much more fun than the Saturn forum.

what do you mean by this?

i drove a saturn for 12 years (hard to believe since i'm 31) and i was never impressed. sure, it was reliable, but boring as heck and cheap feeling. however, i had a '93 and on '02 and they didn't start "funning" up the saturn until AFTER 2002.

i think the vue is a nice car, honestly.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

NICE TAN was fun to drive- when it worked.
NICE VUE isn't really fun to drive, but I don't get "driver fatigue" after two hours- or even three.

NICE TAN was never boring.
NICE VUE is never exciting.

NICE TAN had all kinds of mechanical problems.
NICE VUE has the normal wear and tear. But it's still "new."

I slept better in NICE TAN.
I'm too dumb to fold the seats in NICE VUE.

NICE TAN got very good mpg.
NICE VUE is comparatively thirsty.

NICE TAN might not have got me to Iowa.
I have faith in NICE VUE.

Wanna ride, little girl?

I really like it too, Alan. But Nice Vue's got some mighty big footsteps to fill, doesn't he?

Oooh, I just thought of another + for Nice Vue's column......you can fit in him horizontally.

Because of NICE TAN, I made some new, wonderful friends. And met some hot babes.
That ain't gonna happen with NICE VUE- at least not until I drive around the country next year to see some New Beetle pals.

I definitely have to get a pillow and blanket to keep in NICE VUE. I slept in the front seat on Friday night. Not pleasant.

You've gotta figure out how to get the seats in the back to go down Mr.! Won't someone on the lovely Saturn forum help you?

Saturn forum has a high "Old Fart" content.

Sadly, hot babes don't own VUEs.

Hi Alan. Maybe you can visit us at the State College GTG in April. Drive the VUE and you can convoy around with us in the vert. Also, just think about all the money you won't have to spend on VW repairs, and that you can spend on that next Rolex, T Touch, Krieger, Skagen, etc.!!

Hope to see you here.
Mike

At the dealer, right after the new water pump install, the baseball cap (for me), and the car wash Saturn provides with every visit.
