I LOVE IT!!!

But it's not a gti, mk1 gti's had square headlights. Its just a rabbit convertible.

Nice Rabbit vert. I always like the pre-cabriolet cars. We had one just like it, I think the color is periwinkle. You can drop it, bolt in a 2.0 block out of a Scirocco topped with a big valve head off an early 1.8L Passat. Back that up with a 5 speed Golf gearbox and mount up the 11" discs of that same Scirocco you got the blockout out of. A little intake work and a free flowing Tectonics header back exhaust and you'll have one sleepy little screamer Been there, done it
