Nice!!! How weird is it that Vinny got to see the new shoes before the rest of us?

Sigh. Went to a tuning shop with some other Mazda folks and was almost out the door without spending a dime. ...then I became the proud new owner of a cp-e CAI
![]() I love it though plus I got it at discount, so I can't complain too much ![]() |

It was an odd 70 degrees today, so I took the opportunity to wash, polish out some swirls, and put on a final coat of wax for the winter. And I suffered some peer pressure and took the side moldings off :P Enjoy -

Gina, you sure are doing a great job of convincing me of getting an MS3 in the next couple months!
![]() ...just noticed you removed you side moldings-- looks good! Again, the wheels are a very nice choice! ![]() |

Even straight from the factory, it looks and runs great. With a couple mods, it really opens up the power though I was pressured to take off the side moldings by the Mazda community. I'm glad I did though, looks better imo and was really easy to do.Quote:
I'm extremely anal about where I park though (always on ends right next to the curb, at the very least) so I've been ok so far! |

I guess it depends too on the door thats hitting you lol, I would get alot on the seam that runs along with the door handles... but when i removed the moldings you could see the little chips of paint where the doors had hit the molding... IMO it looks way better without them... really lookin good tho...

True Red is a gorgeous color, but I don't quite have the detailing chops that you do, I'd always compare it to yours I want a CWP GT!!! |
