I actually says in excess of 120 MPH. It was a bit of a novelty thing that EMPI sold back in the 60s. Though in certain air cooleds it wouldn't look out of place. Herbie's for for atleast 90. Beyond that he's a little squirrely.

When I was a little kid I use to watch Herbie, Herbie Rides Again, and Herbie goes Bananas constantly (still have the vhs)

That and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
